This Privacy Policy explains what data KidiSafe (hereinafter "We", "the App") collects from users and how it is protected.

By downloading or using the KidiSafe application, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

What data is collected?

KidiSafe collects only the following data for safety and monitoring purposes:

• Device GPS location (with parental consent)
• Call history (number, time, duration)
• SMS message list (text content only for suspicious keyword filtering)
• List of installed apps and their usage time
• Battery status and device state
• Telegram bot ID (for sending notifications)

How is data stored?

All data is transmitted over an encrypted channel (HTTPS/TLS). Data is stored on the server for a maximum of 1 month (30 days) and is automatically deleted afterwards.

Data is never shared with third parties, advertising companies, or government agencies (except as required by law).

User rights

Children's data

KidiSafe collects children's data only with the full consent of a parent or legal guardian. Data of persons under 16 years of age is kept under parental oversight.

The KidiSafe website uses only technically necessary cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Policy changes

When this policy is updated, users will be notified via the Telegram bot. Updated policies take effect 30 days after publication.
