Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"KidiSafe" — an Android application and Telegram bot suite designed for child safety.

"Parent" — the legal guardian of the child who has the right to use the application.

"Child" — a person under 16 years of age on whose device the KidiSafe application is installed.

"Service" — all monitoring and safety tools provided through KidiSafe.

2. Eligibility and use

The following conditions must be met to use KidiSafe:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have legal authority to install the application on the child's device
• The application may only be used to monitor your own child
• Monitoring other individuals without their consent is strictly prohibited
• Compliance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan is mandatory

3. Prohibited activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Monitoring other persons (spouse, employee, friend) without their consent
• Reselling or redistributing the application for commercial purposes
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or modify the system
• Registering with false information
• Unlawful use of multiple accounts
• Selling or sharing data with third parties

4. Limitation of liability

KidiSafe is not responsible for:

• Missing data due to lack of internet or GPS signal
• Situations where the child uninstalls the application
• Disruptions caused by third-party service failures (e.g., Telegram)
• Users losing their account credentials

5. Pricing and plans

KidiSafe is currently operating in trial mode. Core features are provided free of charge. A premium plan may be introduced in the future — users will be notified at least 30 days in advance via Telegram.

6. Termination

Users may uninstall the KidiSafe application and discontinue the service at any time. All data will be deleted from the server within 7 days upon request.

KidiSafe also reserves the right to suspend an account if required by law or if these terms are violated.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
